Kasia Malkinska Naugle is an experienced attorney that practices in a variety of areas of family law including Divorce, Parentage, Premarital Agreements, Adoptions, DCFS Appeals, Abuse and Neglect, Juvenile Delinquency, and Domestic Violence. She handles cases primarily in DuPage County, Cook County, Kane County, Will County, and Lake County.

Ms. Naugle's legal career began as an Assistant State's Attorney with the Office of the DuPage County State's Attorney. Throughout her 5 years with the State's Attorney's Office, she handled highly complex cases. This included prosecuting domestic violence and violations of orders of protection. After being promoted to the Felony Division, Ms. Naugle prosecuted complex abuse and neglect cases involving DCFS, the status of parental rights, child removal, and juvenile delinquency cases.

In 2013, Ms. Naugle left the State's Attorneys office and began her career in the private sector, specifically family law. Ms. Naugle spent five years with a boutique matrimonial firm out of Wheaton before joining Weiss-Kunz & Oliver in 2018. Ms. Naugle's vast experience permits her to properly evaluate each case to determine the solution to obtain the most favorable outcome for her clients. She is an accomplished litigator having tried over 150 cases to verdict, including 8 jury trials. While she has extensive trial experience, Ms. Naugle is also a skilled negotiator routinely settling the majority of her cases. Her diligent work ethic, coupled with her litigation experience and a courtroom presence, allows her to effectively negotiate complicated matters and disputes.
