Kyle D. Sellett, a Partner at Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC, brings a unique combination of professional experience and personal touch to his practice. Kyle adeptly handles a wide range of complex issues, including divorce, asset division, adoption, premarital agreements, modifications of parental responsibilities, maintenance, and child support in the context of both divorce and parentage matters. His practice extends across Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties.

Kyle earned his J.D. from The John Marshall (UIC) Law School in 2015 and has exclusively practiced family law since 2018. Growing up in a large, blended family gives him a unique and profound understanding of diverse family dynamics, allowing him to empathize deeply with his clients. He is dedicated to guiding them through challenging times and toward new beginnings.

Clients appreciate Kyle's ability to not only identify their immediate goals in litigation but also to help them envision and prepare for life after its completion. He recognizes the emotional and mental toll these proceedings can take and is committed to a true partnership with his clients throughout the process. Kyle is actively engaged in the legal community through speaking engagements on topics such as the division of complex assets, asset discovery in divorce, and the crucial role of mental health considerations in divorce.

Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys golf, travel, and live music.
