Attorney Kasia M. Naugle

Kasia Malkinska Naugle is an accomplished litigator with more than a decade of legal experience. When Kasia joined Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC in 2018 as a Senior Associate Attorney, she had successfully tried more than 100 cases to verdict, including several jury trials.

Kasia specializes in a variety of different areas of family law matters including Divorce, Parentage, Premarital Agreements, Adoptions, DCFS Appeals, Abuse and Neglect, Juvenile Delinquency, and Domestic Violence.

Kasia has earned a reputation with her clients and within the legal community for her diligent work ethic and as a skilled negotiator, routinely settling the majority of her complex cases. Kasia Malkinska's diverse experience has afforded her the opportunity to provide in-depth analysis for each client’s case, which has produced favorable outcomes for her clients.

Kasia was born in Poland and came to the Chicago area when she was only 10-years-old. Her career in law began as a legal secretary in the States’ Attorney’s office.

“Once I started working there, I knew I wanted to attend law school,” Kasia Malkinska Naugle said.

In 2008, Kasia received her J.D. from the John Marshall Law School.

Kasia then spent five years as an Assistant State's Attorney with the DuPage County State's Attorney’s office, where she handled highly complex cases, including domestic violence and violations of orders of protection. After being promoted to the Felony Division, Kasia Malkinska Naugle prosecuted complex abuse and neglect cases involving DCFS, the status of parental rights, child removal, and juvenile delinquency cases.

In 2013, Kasia left the State's Attorneys office and began her career in the private sector, with a focus on family law.

Kasia Malkinska Naugle spent five years with a Wheaton-based boutique matrimonial firm prior to joining Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC. In this capacity, Kasia worked on a variety of family law matters including divorces and domestic violence.

Kasia Malkinska Naugle says she finds her work to be fulfilling.

“The most rewarding part for me personally is delivering a favorable outcome for my clients and seeing how that benefits their children. Having kids myself, I really like seeing the positive impact,” Kasia said. In her free time, Kasia volunteers with the Du Page County Women’s Bar Association, and participates in mock trial events. Previously, Kasia volunteered as an election worker at the polls and as a hospital volunteer with St. Alexius hospital in Schaumburg.

Kasia lives with her husband, two kids, and dog Archie.
