Brianna Meyer is a Senior Associate at Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC. Brianna has concentrated her practice in family law since before graduating from law school. Her experience includes: traditional litigation, divorce, parentage cases, adoptions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, grandparent visitation, and domestic violence cases.

Brianna recognizes that every client’s family is unique and has their own set of needs, both before, during and after they come to her for guidance. With that in mind, Brianna strives to advise clients not only on how to handle their needs in the present time, but also to think about their long-term goals in order to help them optimize their outcomes post-litigation. She finds her practice deeply rewarding, especially the relationships she fosters with clients.

Brianna received both her undergraduate and J.D. from DePaul University. While attending DePaul University College of Law, she received a certificate from their prestigious Family Law department. Her undergraduate degree in history, and love for reading, has helped Brianna shape her practice, strengthen her research and legal writing skills, and generally develop her professionally to best assist her clients in complex legal situations. Brianna continues to stay connected to her alma mater by volunteering for DePaul’s Family Law Advisory Board.

Outside of the office, Brianna enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading non-fiction, and any activity that involves basking in (warm) sunshine.
